1. THE PROBLEM OR PART
What do you need built? Where is it used? What needs to work differently?
Include CAD, a drawing, photos, a sketch, or sample-part information if available.
For a replacement, show the part and where it fits. Mark damage or wear.

2. THE REQUIREMENTS YOU KNOW
Material and thickness; overall dimensions; important mounting or mating features.
Current drawing revision and who approves changes.
Required welds, finish, hardware, assembly, and inspection or documentation.
Identify any load, code, pressure, sanitary, or safety requirements for review.

3. QUANTITY AND TIMING
How many do you need now? Is repeat work likely?
What is the required date and delivery location?
Are material or purchased components already available, and who supplies them?

4. THE COMPLETE SCOPE
Which operations should Ahner supply or coordinate?
What will your team do? Is installation included in the requested scope?
For large work, include handling, shipping splits, access, and field dimensions.
