Ahner fabricates production infrastructure and equipment including handrails, catwalks, ladders, stairs, process tanks, platforms, guards, racks, industrial hoods, paint-line hangers and fixtures, material-handling components, material-handling systems, separator tanks, oven and spray-booth panels, bins and chutes, carts, hoppers, and conveyor parts. Northern Ohio installation can be included when field dimensions, access, safety, schedule, rigging, utilities, inspection, and acceptance responsibilities are defined in the accepted scope.

Weldments & Assemblies

Bring the drawing revision, bill of materials and first quantity together. Separate the first release from forecast demand so the shop can review setup, purchased parts and delivery with you.

Identify welds, finish, hardware, controlled dimensions, inspection records and the approval needed before the next release.

Industrial Ductwork Packages

Review sections, transitions, flanges and inlet components as a connected fabrication package. The documented July 2026 shipments show carbon-steel ductwork fabricated, coated and loaded at Ahner.

Send the layout and detail drawings, materials, connections, coating, section IDs and shipment groups. System engineering and field installation are separate scope decisions.

Plan the First Release and the Repeat Work

For a repeat assembly, send the current drawing revision, bill of materials, first release quantity, and expected repeat demand. Identify customer-supplied parts and operations that belong in the finished assembly quote.

For plant work, define the field connections and responsibility for measurement, delivery, lifting, and installation. Separate the required date from any shutdown window so the shop can review the complete scope.
