Forming

Our forming capabilities include precision metal bending, metal rolling, and structural steel rolling; including: angle, tube, beam, and more. From simple metal brackets and signboards to complex metal components, we specialize in offering press brake forming services for a wide range of sheet metal fabrications.

We have a total of five press brakes!

Press Brake
Cincinnati Press Brakes

Our brand new precision Trumpf press brake and skilled operators give us the capability of accurately forming sheet metal to customer specifications. Whether the material is steel, stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized, or an exotic material, our equipment can handle it.

With a 187 ton capacity, our Trumpf press brake can form metal sheets up to 157" long. For precision metal parts, this is the metal forming machine.

 In addition to our three Trumpf press brakes, we have two Cincinnati press brakes including one with a 350 ton, 16 foot capacity. Our sheet metal bending equipment gives us the capabilities of accurately forming a large variety of customer parts and metal products.

Our press brake operators are experienced with custom metal forming based on customer drawings and specifications. Our fabrication shop regularly forms metal parts cut from steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

Duct Work

Sheet Metal/Plate & Structural Rolling

Our sheet metal rolling equipment allows us to roll thin sheet for metal products such as duct work as well thick metal plate for products such as processing and mixing tanks. Our metal rolling machines and equipment allow us to form metal plates up to 3/8 inch thick and 72 inches wide.

In addition to sheet and plate rolling, our capabilities include rolling steel angle, pipe, tube, and bar through 5" x 5" x 1/2" leg out and 4" x 4" x 1/2" leg in.
